Now you can set deadlines for assignment submissions, provide personalized feedback for each learner, and grade with a consistent process.

You've been tired of posting the same announcement multiple times in different spaces.
Now you can duplicate posts you've already made across spaces to make announcements more convenient.
Not only community posts, but also educational content such as videos, quizzes, and surveys can be duplicated to other spaces.

We've made it easier to manage multiple spaces in your organization.
Previously, you could see multiple spaces at a glance in the admin console, but you could only change each space's settings from within the space. Now you can adjust settings for multiple spaces at once directly from the admin console.
You can deactivate spaces at once when training has ended, and apply exit restrictions to prevent members from leaving at will in spaces where mandatory training or communication takes place for your organization.

You can delegate the ability to approve course applications for members to each organization leader.
Once you've set up your organization's leaders and members in the org chart, try this feature.
Now, in addition to the admin console, members appointed as organization leader can see a list of their members' course applications and manage approvals directly from their My Page.
