1. Join by invitation from the administrator
There are three ways to enter the space invited by the administrator:
a. Invitations via [Email]

Click [Go to Space] in the Invitation Email → CLASSUM Sign-in or Sign-up → Check Space in the Space List Page and click to Join Space
2. Invitation via [Invitation Codes]
•
① Click Join Space → ② Enter Invitation Code (combination of 6 alphabets) → ③ Check Space information after clicking ‘Next’ → ④ Select your role and join Space
•
You can use the Invitation Code to join Spaces by typing www.classum.com/invitationcode in your address bar.
3. Invitations via [Invitation Links]
•
Click Link → Sign-in → Select your role and join Space
2. Discover and Join as a Participant
•
Instead of an invitation from the administrator, you can discover spaces in an organization and enter the space.
•
However, you can only enter the space if the organization administrator has set it up so that participants can freely enter the space.
① Enrollment Space: Only institution administrators can create it.
•
This is a space where administrators set the enrollment period and the number of participants.
•
Once the enrollment period or a limited number of participants is reached, you can no longer apply.
② Public Space: Anyone in the institution can create it.
•
Participants can join the space directly without a separate invitation code.
