[Communication] The video is not playing!

1. Check your internet connectivity.

If your connection to the internet is unstable, you may experience poor video streaming.

2. Check your web browser on your desktop.

CLASSUM is optimized on Google Chrome. If haven’t downloaded Chrome yet, we recommend that you do so by clicking the link below.

3. Check the file size of your video

If the file size of your video is too large, it may take some time to upload.

4. The video does not play even after the upload is complete

After your upload, CLASSUM will automatically convert your video into a format that is compatible with various environments. The conversion may take up to 30 minutes depending on the length of your video footage. Your patience is much appreciated!
