Name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, affiliated organization, major, legal representative's information for members under the age of 14 (name, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, mobile number of the legal representative), and occupation
Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
The Company uses personal information only for the purposes listed below, such as to perform any obligations under a service agreement, provide services, verify or manage membership for the membership service:

Manage members, such as identify members, confirm intent to join or cancel membership, verify identity, verify age, confirm legal representative consent procedures, prevent fraudulent use and duplicate subscription, confirm the status of current students and graduates;
2.
Develop, provide, improve learning platform services for each lecture;
3.
Provide customized services (including advertisements) through statistical data analysis of lectures, departments, and interests, etc.;
4.
Confirm participation of events/occasions, and utilize them in marketing and advertising;
5.
Process member inquiries, suggestions, partnership/cooperation, and post requests, and deliver notifications to members;
6.
Perform obligations under agreements executed between the Company and members regarding supply, payment, production, brokerage, broadcasting, prize-winning, etc.;
7.
Compile records on the use of service and statistics on the access frequency and use of service, build a service environment for the protection of privacy, provide customized services, and improve services.
Personal Information Retention Period
In principle, the Company destroys the user's personal information immediately upon the user's cancellation of membership. However, the following information is retained for the reasons provided below for the following period specified.

If the user has records of engaging in fraudulent use of services, such as fraudulent subscription, unauthorized disclosure of posts, sharing of ID, etc., the user's subscription verification information (e-mail address or Facebook serial number, or e-mail address or mobile number of the legal representative if the member is under the age of 14) is retained for one (1) year from the time the user's membership is canceled to prevent fraudulent subscription or use.

Records of cancellation of an agreement or subscriptions under the Act on the Consumer Protection in E-commerce: five (5) years

Records of payment and supply of goods, etc. under the Act on the Consumer Protection in E-commerce: five (5) years

Records of processing consumer complaints or disputes under the Act on the Consumer Protection in E-commerce: three (3) years

Records of electronic financial transactions under the Electronic Financial Transaction Act: five (5) years
•
Communication confirmation data under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act: three (3) months
Right to Refuse Consent to the Collection of Personal Information

You may refuse to consent to the collection and use of the above personal information and may withdraw your consent at any time.
2.
If you do not agree to the collection and use of the above personal information, you may be restricted from the subscription and use of Classum's services.
