Write a post and comment
1) Write and edit a post
•
Admins and participants can both upload posts.
•
Feel free to share your thoughts or interesting materials with everyone.
•
Admins can organize posts with tags such as group projects or discussions.
•
Write a Title(Optional) and post → Select appropriate Tags → Send → Done!
•
Post Scheduling
◦
Administrators can create scheduled posts for questions and feedback (1:1 conversations), excluding challenges.
◦
By clicking the [Schedule Post] button next to the post upload button, you can set your desired time.
◦
Space administrators can modify scheduled posts made by each other or duplicate them to another space.

Edit post
◦
Admins can edit not only the posts they have written but also posts written by other admins.
◦
Click the three-dot icon (・・・) on the post → Edit → Edit the content and then Save.
2) Pinned post and Urgent Notice
•
When admins write a post, you can pin a particular post by clicking the pin button.
•
When you activate urgent notice, it sends an app push notification even if the participant's in-class notification setting is turned off.
3) Read Rate
1. Question
Administrators can also post questions!
•
Ask participants to practice writing questions during the CLASSUM orientation, or post expected questions and answers related to the lecture to encourage students to solve their questions in advance!
•
Write title and post → Select the appropriate tag or enter a new one → Click the option button → Click the question button → Activate → Complete
2. Solved
Once you've posted a question, it's been answered, and the issue has been resolved, you can change the status of the post to "Solved question".
Only authors and admins can change the status of a question.
4) Give and receive feedback (1:1 Chatroom)

Admin can communicate on 1:1 with all participants in the space by activating chat room settings when writing posts!
•
It can also be easily used for feedback 1:1 counseling/mentoring, and individual assignment submission.
•
Write a post → Select the appropriate tag or enter a new one → Click the option button → Click the chat room button → Activate feedback → Complete
① Feedback chatroom view settings

All admins: All admins in the space can see the answers of the participants.
•
Only me: Only the space admin who wrote the feedback post can see the responses of the participants.
② If you choose anonymous feedback, the admin cannot verify the real name of the participant.
③ Download all: Please use the attached file collectively download to use the files uploaded by the participants in the chatroom.
④ 1:1 chats within a feedback post are sorted by newest
⑤ Create chatroom
•
The chatroom can be created by the admin first.
•
Press the create chatroom button and select a participant to chat with.
The ability of an admin to create a chatroom first is only available in real-name feedback posts.
⑤ When the admin creates a chatroom and leaves a comment, the chatroom is automatically created and the participant will be notified.
